Transitioning Services


Implementing a more centralized administration, the NBA continued to adjust and expand services and programming to meet the changing needs of older adults, at-risk children, and people with disabilities into the new millennium. Amidst the post-9/11 financial recession, the organization found itself in bankruptcy, moving away from owning/operating direct-care facilities and into a new model of ministry.
